Prism are counting in finance systems make running a business easier and smarter then ever. Payments are also made in once click allowing owners to pay bills quickly and easily. Invoices can be built quickly. For example when selling shares in horses with integration through zero and myob accounting and payment reconciliation is only a few clicks away. 

At first light racing, I'm in charge everything finance, with my helper Ruth. Suice we've changed over to Prism about a year ago to do Prism finance, we have saved so much time. the efficiences that we've saved in therms of bulk entry, and the one to many system that it is. Like we send over 1000 invoices a month now. And just the collection of that, and the integration into Xero's software, it's just been a good send. I know Ruth's been smilling ever since we've implemented it.

For the last 12 months, we've been using prism to run away our billing and accounts. A system itself is it's a One-Stop shop, which we can use across the whole organisation. From a finance point of view, it's been fantastic nearly coming up 12 months now. And just made yes, some of the some of the month-end processes are hell of. So the nature of horse racing is, you know, not many people own a whole horse. So the fact that there is numerous owners sometimes up to 20 to 30 owners per horse from a billing point of view the system sort of taking all that away all that hard work and splits all the transactions. It's quick and easy to run a direct debit system. So basically that's a benefit for both the owner and the trainer with the bills. So they basically they can sign up online and ưe can press a button and that'll automate the payment system. having the software available to us just really enables us to you know, focus our Direction and what we should be focusing on it gives us a bit more time in our days. 

So it fades in into zero for our accounting, So that it's a great system and that helps with all air from a financial management (Accounting). We also use zero for a payroll.
